My boyfriend has bad anger issues. He is quick to anger. The smallest things set him off and make him break things.
How do I help or go about this?
Break things for him or throw them away so he doesn't have a target. Of course, you may become his target which is not ideal. But if you love him, you'll let him let out some steam or let him in you.
Dunno how receptive he is to wanting to be helped but mindfulness helped me with emotions I didn't want.

I have suddenly developed this weird anxiety feeling whenever I sit in a car going faster than 50 MPH. I am not sure what happened to me but almost 3 years ago when I first started college I never felt any of this.. But now it's forcing me to stay behind when my friends go out now for clubbing and what not. I feel like I'm missing out because of some irrational fear and I don't know how to solve this problem. I even have to make up random excuses to force myself to stay back on weekend nights.
