Background:
I started living with my boyfriend and his dog a year ago, and his dog is the shittiest dog I've ever met, be be blunt. I've started doing research on dog behavior, and learned that this dog pretty much displays textbook dominant-aggressive behavior. She isn't properly trained or socialized.
She can't be walked, because she walks ahead and tugs on the leash. She barks at us constantly when not given attention. She lunges at/ humps people any time the opportunity is present . If she gets out of the house, she runs away as far and fast as she can. She doesn't even respond to her own name. If a new person enters the house, she goes batshit crazy and jumps on them. We can't eat food without being behind closed doors away from her. If you try reaching for her collar, she will show her teeth and try to bite you.
Living with this dog is making me miserable, and I don't know what to do. I'm trying to lay down the law and train her based on my research, but I don't know if I'm wasting my time or not. Getting rid of her isn't an option, as my boyfriend is completely against it. This thing is only alive to eat, shit and piss.

start with a choker chain, if the dog does something wrong pull the chain untill the dog realises they are doing something wrong and will unlearn the dominant behavior.

OR, you learn about being an admin. freaking take a class, a seminar, an online course, or intern at an office. its easy to pick this sort of thing up and get promoted.
talk to other admin's and aks what they did education wise, and try to follow that.

I can't stand myself, how my life has gone so far and how it's going. I'm worried that if things keep going I will end up killing myself and hurting the few people who care about me, pretty much my direct family and one friend who's paranoid for my life so much that she only stays in contact to make sure I haven't put a bullet in my head yet. At the same time I don't see what the point of going on is if I'm never going see any fulfillment and be content with myself and my life. It becomes really hard for me to be genuinely happy anymore.
It feels like I'm completely stuck and can't resolve my depression adequately so I just suffer for the sake of everyone else. What do I need to do to get over this?

Is dating a sorority girl a bad idea? We've gone on a few dates and signs are pointing that we could make it official.
However she's an exact copy of the stereotypical sorority girl. She gets super drunk at frat parties nearly every weekend and defends herself saying "I just like to have fun" she's said that she's into your typical frat boy with the popped collars and etc (which doesn't make sense because she's gone on a few good dates with me and I'm nothing like that) she's really popular in fraternities and she has a TON of frat boy friends which obviously looks terrible. I hate the whole idea of Greek life and partying and whatnot. And from what I've been saying, it seems obvious that I should forget about her. But when she's not in that mood? She's actually really awesome. We like the same music, the same sports, we have a ton in common and she's really just a great girl. But she gets REALLY into Greek life, like she's living a movie or something.
/adv/ I really don't know what to do here. If I don't HAVE to let her go I wouldn't like to. She's amazingly beautiful, she's smart, she's funny. She truly is a good girl. But the other side of her is a side that no boyfriend should have to live with, yet she's expressed interest in dating.
Yes. You've got every reason to believe that she has no business in a committed relationship. I'm sure she'd be great fun as a companion, a lover, etc. But a girlfriend? With expectations and responsibilities and promises? Hell. Fucking. No.

as a side job, i do some marketing work that's done online. the money gets directly deposited to my bank without any tax deduction. (probably because my company relies on out-sourcing to other countries so much and a lot of the employees move around the country)
i used to do personal freelance work before too, doing commissions and such. should i include these in my tax filing?

My girlfriend and have been togheter for almost 4 years now, and I'm pretty sure I want to be with her for the rest of my life. I really love her. Unfortunately her parents don't like me that much. They are deeply religious, and so is my gf. They made me convert 3 years ago but I stopped believing in their religion because it was pretty stupid (mormonism) so they tried to force her to break up with me, but she continued seeing me without her parents knowledge. So finally 4 months ago she lied to them and told them I was going to church again and they accepted me. The thing is that I don't believe in their religion and I don't think I'll ever do, but she somehow thinks I do or will do.
What should I do? I already tried to convince her to leave her religion but she is really indoctrinated.

Anons; how do I deal with a lose of a person whom I considered my friend?
We had a fight and don't keep in touch, I tried to talk to him a few times but even though he responded, he didn't seem to be interested in being friends again and I have hard time with getting used to that because I miss his presence in my life.

How do i get myself to chill the fuck out when im about to start a relationship?
I always overreact when i meet new women. I have to force myself not to message them all the time. I plan our future even though we have only met twice, and my mood shifts between highs and lows. I go from thinking "Yeah she like me, this is awesome" to "Maybe she doesn't like me" or "Maybe she has someone else" and back again.
Then usually at some point i say something that offends her. She might forgive me the first time, but not the 10th time. And this is how my last 8 th or so opportunities of getting a gf has ended, with tragic drama.
