Finish university. Depending on your major the stress from that can bet massive. So here is the magical formula for getting over anxiety and depression issues, you have to continually make small progress in bettering your life and the environment around you. One of the oddities of the human mind is that even shit like house plants makes us feel more relaxed. I suggest getting a hobby and spending more time at university after your classes end each day. Most of my friends in university were made in labs, where you had to interact with people to accomplish things, its really good at lowering barriers for entry.
