How does one talk like Trump?
I don't mean like "build a wall" or anything.
It's just that he is always confident of what he is going to say and he nevers seem to be intimidated. When I watched the GOP debate, he didn't express any fear whenever he talked and wasn't afraid to express his sentiments towards his opponents. He would always insult them and if they fought back, he would come back harder.

I have a videogame "addiction", i spend all of my free time playing instead of doing things that benefit me.
I have no moderation and right after i finish playing an instant feeling of regret comes and makes me feel like shit.

Similiar Situation here. Didnt play anything for almost 3 weeks now and i actually don't have any desire anymore.
I cut off everything that could enable me to game, only to find out, it was not much of an addiction to me(been gaming from 6-24, 3 weeks abstinence is huge for me lol).
Gaming was rather a way for me to 'Deal' with my problems. I ran away, gamed my issues away.

Actively participating in a self-help group helped me a lot getting off of video games. Like AA for gamers.
If you have such groups in your area, i really, REALLY recommend you visiting one. The people are in the same boat as you and mostly very friendly

I play video games every day and have my entire life. What I don't do, is blow off school work or time with friends to play games. This is what separates an addiction from a passion.
How to get over guilt re. dating and attraction?
I've been made single about six months ago, for a long time I was too distraught to change anything about it, but now I'm starting to get tired of the loneliness and I want to try and start dating again.
Problem is, I feel guilty even looking at women, I'm afraid they're not looking for my attention at all and that if I would give them attention regardless, even if it's saying hi, could hurt their feelings or annoy them.

So I'm renting a room to a friend I've known for 10 years or so.
To make the story short when our friends in common get together she just goes off and never asks me if I want to hang out with them.
(I do get invited by the other friends that I have but not when she starts the plans)
She does invite me however when the friends that we don't have in common get together to do something.
Is she trying to hog all the attention? I don't get it.
This is really getting in my nerves.
What I would like to know also is how to fix this behavior without sounding clingy or needy.

There's a lot of broscience and wives tales about this, but honestly the best thing you can do for yourself is drink water. Down at least a liter of water before you go to bed.
You may also want to take a B vitamin supplement if you have one available. Thiamine (vitamin B1) is part of alcohol metabolism and gets depleted from your hippocampus (memory processor of your brain, basically) when you have too much alcohol to process. What is the best way to deal with abstinence?
I'm trying to quit a *lot* of bad habits (porn, smoking, shit food, too much internet, videogames, etc) and I'm trying to quit them all at once because I've been trying to systematically remove them one by one for fucking 25 years and it just doesn't work because I intensify the other bad habits, and when it's time to cut a new other I always relapse back on the previous one.

First off, you can't change everything at once. Doing that will overload your willpower and you will relapse right away. If you have a lot of unhealthy habits, focus on getting rid of one. Once you train yourself to get rid of one addiction or bad habit, it will be easier to get rid of the others.
I personally started with quitting smoking. I spent a year focusing on not smoking, ever. If I wanted to smoke, I either worked out, played video games, or just went to sleep....
