I think you should talk to her about the way you're feeling. I can't tell you to break up with her but I can tell you that she's acting this way because there's something going on with her, too! Maybe she feels there is something off about you. Discuss it and find out what's wrong. Is there any way to unlearn fetishes?

No, it's not.
I'm similar. I know I'm this way because I've encountered constant negative experiences when it comes to interacting with others, and to avoid the pain I began to draw away from other people.
It's like having something sharp embedded in my foot. Every step I take I'll feel it, and while I'll walk around when I need to I'll generally avoid it, because if I did it all the time I'd be in a lot of pain and unhappy.
How do people afford to live in places like Chicago and Atlanta? I know it's expensive but it seems like tons of people do it. I live in a small as fuck town in some rural area far as fuck from everything and would rather live paycheck to paycheck poor as fuck in some bad part of the city. Buy a shit ton of wet naps on amazon. You don't need the "bro wipes" or whatever, it's the same shit. Just wet naps/moist towelettes.
Use like three and it's like a quick shower. Face/Balls/Pits/Ass are your main sources of stank.
Also get a gym membership so you don't get fat and can use their showers. Fill up a camel back or something with water while you're there.
The bigger truck stops have showers you can use for a few bucks.
I would think your bigger concern would be access to a toilet and how to brush your teeth regularly.
