Pretty good. Once you finish the US, you should move on to other regionals. I was fortunate enough in the past few days to finally put Newfoundland/Labrador and Utah to rest as well as Northern Territory in Australia, so now I can focus on England and Netherlands.

I think Koryakia should be merged with Kamchatka unless it has a flag on the server (I don't think it does). As a final touch you might want to connect the islands to their respective federal subjects and join up any uncontiguous ones, like Kalmykia.

Had to fix the North Caucasus area by adding Ingushetia and North Ossetia-Alania, that somehow got fucked up in the enlarging/sharpening process. I merged Koryakia with Kamchatka and all uncontiguous borders should be patched up (to my knowledge). All islands are connected to their respective federal subjects.

I want to add descriptions for what cause A1, A2, EU, or AP to appear, but I don't actually know what causes them. Does anybody have an explanation for why they happen so I can update the descriptions?

I think you shod add that A1 and A2 are undifferentiatable from each other but different from Andorra as they redirect to a.gif instead of ad.gif, and show up as unknown when hovered over.
Likewise AP shows up as unknown too but directs to ap.gif.
Additional I find a lot of people are confused as to why there's only England, Scotland, Wales and Catalonia, under the impression that they're there as regional flags, so you might want to say that those flags are on the server as actual flags (england.gif, etc).
