Are Lebanese people white? Most look white to me.

Overall the original inhabitants of West Asia were initially a White Mediterranean people who were basically entirely Caucasian in terms of their genome.
However due to various events in recent history (e.g. Turkic migration from Central Asian and Mongoloia, Mongol invasions, Arab slave trade, etc.) their Caucasian ancestry was tainted to a certain degree and it's more evident in certain populations (such as the Yemeni) than others.
Obviously the Lebanese (on other hand) didn't get their Caucasian ancestry tainted to a certain degree like other populations in West Asia (although they were Arabized) and their genomic ancestry is overwhelmingly West Eurasian (90+) on average even to this day and most of them are obviously white (just take a look at them) and the Lebanese are basically a good example of what the original inhabitants of the Near East phenotypically resembled prior to to certain events.

Depends. My Lebanese friend used to be blonde as a little kid, and his teenage sister is also blonde. Their mum is blonde and has blue eyes.
