So my diet is basically not eating three days then getting a 70 cals sauté/ soup
Today I didn't eat anything and walked an hour, is walking a bad idea when fasting/extreme dieting
I only tried this once before and went from 58kgs to 57kgs in four days and only walked three hours on the day I ate

fasting is stupid and will result in your pituitary gland going in overdrive to ramp up cravings and slow metabolic processes
just change your long-term diet to eat 300-700 calories below maintenance until you're at your desired weight, then eat at maintenance

Ok i always see you guys shitting on planet fitness. Im here to support them. Im a fat fuck and there " judgment free" zone made it so i feel comftrable there. In this month since i started i have lost 15 pounds from working out every day, except monday ( thats DnD day) starvibg myself, and pounding hydroxy cut. So dont hate on them when they are doing good.

Same, my right arm behind my back can't get up very far. It's not uncommon since everyone had a dominant side that might be stiffer.
After 2,5 months of oly lifting i can grab my whole hand like that in pic, and over half of it on the other side. Before that i could only touch with fingers on my main side.
