What's the best type of fish to eat while on a cut? I've just been eating chicken and I'm trying to mix it up. I've heard salmon but I just wanted to ask.
Tuna. Sardines. Tilapia. All three cheap as fuck. Third one is considered the "boring" fish, but cooked right and you're good. Tilapia has very little fat and low on calories; 130-150 depending on the serving and how it's cooked. Though it's short on omega-3.

Most muscle growth occurs within 36-48 hours but maybe you're referring to a smaller time frame, that might be a meme.
I might be going full bioscience here but I've thrown up food hours after I've eaten. If it really matters that much, wouldn't you need to be eating like 4 hours ahead of time so the food is fully digested?

I have had severe acne for a decade and it's finally going away, my insurance would never cover accutane which is why it stuck around this long.
I would have 100 give or take pimples on my back at all times, severe scarring.

With the popularity of UFC and how long its been around, you're competing with guys who have been actively training for MMA since they were 14. So maybe if you were a hungry, homeless come up kid with literally zero other options you would make it but otherwise probably not.
To be honest with you, if you have shit genetics and can't make any gains easily then just give up now before you waste time trying to be pro then get shit on by some kid who has been wrestling, and boxing since he came out the womb.
And it's also really hard to tell unless you tell us your experience.

/fit/ is mostly confused, impressionable young men who have a desire to better themselves but often find nothing of substantial use on the boards normal threads which are made by the same kind of young man.
The only way to enjoy it is to get, primarily, all advice from the sticky and just cruse /fit/ for high test threads and the occasional feel fest.
Sadly, few board users know that.
Broke my phone today and lost all of my precious /fit/ memes. Learned my lesson about having them in backup.
