Is this normal? Been lifting for 4 years now and I still deal with this shit. My bodycompositin goes from Good to bad to good to bad multiple times throughout the day.

yeah, last time i trained my calves was more than a month ago.
Shoulders are in my usual routine and i hit them pretty hard, maybe it doesn't show in this image, but maybe you're right. I look into it.

if you're doing Keto it's pretty solid. I like it just to sneak extra calories in on a bulk but it makes me poop even more than regular coffee.

I'm looking to improve grip strength and forearm size. What are the best exercises that I should do (preferably free weights).

Fun fact that thing in your picture actually works your jaw muscles more then the forearms. A humans grip muscles are connected at the neck and jaw part and that is where the work of crunching starts. If you get one of those be careful so that you dont break your jaw

Just grip the bar hard. I never isolate forearms but mine are strong. Always overhand grip deadlifts and do lots of chins.

Hey guys, been thinking of getting a fitness band for over all shit, especially one with a HR monitor for my cardio days.
Was looking at fitbits offerings, but their waterprotection is shit.
Considered the Sony Smartband 2, but the HR tracker is apparently fairly poor.
Anyone use these things, input, ideas, alternatives?
I already wear a watch, so I don't give a fuck if it doesn't display the time.
Get a Microsoft band. Both generations (Microsoft Band and Microsoft Band 2) have pretty good heart rate monitors and uv sensors, pedometer, etc. Literally everything you'd need in a fitness tracker. The water protection rating they provide is actually lower than what the band tested at, providing them lesser liability if something went faulty. 10/10 I really have no gripes with mine, I absolutely love it.

To clarify, the actual water protection is better than the rating suggests. I wear mine almost constantly, only occasionally swapping it out for my Moto360 Gen 2 for less casual circumstances
