I went on a ketogenic diet last year and lost a bit of weight, now i'm trying to gain muscle. I noticed that my gas issues were pretty much non-existent on keto but now I have to fucking fart 15 times a day. Anyone here have any success bulking on keto?

Currently giving it a try and this is such a positive. Holding in farts in class is the worst.
Did you count calories while on the diet btw? How did your diet look in general. I'm eating lots of guac, fatty meats, eggs and greens (lettuce/spinach).
When trying to lose weight, do you find it easier to eat less or exercise more?

How do you go about fixing dry skin on beard and dandruff?
I've tried head and shoulder for years, it still didn't fix it.
Is it curable or is it really something genetic some people have and others don't?
I live in the North-Eastern part of Canada (usual weather in winter is -35 ~ -10 degrees (-22F to 14F))
I don't seem to get as much dry skin in summer (where it's usually 15 degrees to 30 degrees (59F to 86F))
I've tried everything..
Vineager, olive oil, head and shoulder, just water,...
