What's your starting point?
If skinny with medium to low bodyfat then 3 months
If skinny fat then 4-5 months.
If very overweight or obese idk however long it takes to cut your body fat down and get surgery for stretch marks plus do some exercise.
You can get his build by doing pushups, chinups, curls, and some ab work daily. Maybe some bench press.

I've been lifting for about a year now and at this point it's the only thing that makes me happy, the only feeling of accomplishment that I get is from lifting. I'm majoring in Criminal Justice rn and my desire to follow that career is slowly winding down. I'm pretty much thinking of becoming a professional bodybuilder but I don't even know where to start.

Help me understand insulin in the context of fitness. I am not a biologist and would like to make sure that I know what I need to know with respect to gains.

Drinks: water with lemon and stevia, tea with coconut oil
basic food: high quality sausage, beef, lamb, chicken wings, bacon, high fat cheeses. eggs, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts
for condiments use butter, full cream, cheese spreads, coconut oil

Look up those keto pancake recipes. Fucking delicious. I sometimes make them even off keto (cream cheese and cinnamon/stevia based).
That said, I'm not sure how I feel about artificial sweeteners in general. It will certainly keep you in keto, but I always found that over the long term, faking sweet flavors eventually led to craving something sweet and not artificial. Idk. Personally I think it better to just eliminate sweetness altogether, and then if you're really craving, "cheat"...
