Been cutting like a motherfucker for the last 1.5 months, doing well but I work on weekends. When I work I can almost never find something to eat that isn't fast food. I've had only 2 greek yogurts and a coffee today, I need to eat atleast 1200 more calories today and I get off my shift when I need to go to the gym.
Given my current options, what do I eat fit?

What are some exercises that you're really good at, or particularly strong at etc? I feel like everyone has at least one of these that just comes natural to them.
Pic related for me, I know it's not a difficult exercise but the muscles involved have always made this easy for me. I could probably not do chin ups this way for a year and hope back on and do 20 reps, quite easily.

dae here do bent presses? i tried them for sets of 2 with a 50 pound dumbbell and found it pretty challenging. im pretty mind boggled the world record is 371 pounds.

I still bent press often. It's a fun lift, and peoples reactions are priceless. My 1rm is 95lbs, and my short term goal is 1pl8 on each side.
