I am currently cutting on 2200 - 2500kcal / day( depending on the amount of activity) and I literally eat the exact same shit every single day. Is there anything wrong with this? I mean, my diet isnt lacking anything is it? (If it is please tell me). Anything I am missing here or am I good?
diet:
meal 1: 125 oats, 300ml milk, 30g whey, 1 banana
meal 2 (after I get home): 1 can of baked beans, 4 eggs, 2 slices of pumpernickel
meal 3: 400g chicken breast, tons of broccoli and some curry sauce
meal 4: 500g low fat quark, 100g raspberries

Problem with eating ALWAYS the same shit is that you might end up lacking some micro elements. Now I'm no food expert so I won't evaluate you're specific diet, but you might want to swip beans for green peas or brown rice or lentils once in a while (for example). Also, 4 eggs a day might be high in cholesterol, but just something to check...
