1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
Splash of almond milk or whatever just so it blends easier
Blend in Nutribullet, fry like pancake
Make sure you are using the right propotions.
Your porridge should look. like a quicksand-y composition. If it's more of a rocky canyon you have too much oats.
Boil the water.
Add oats.
Check that water doesn't rise off.
Stir.
Take the heat off.
When it's settled, put a plate or lid over it.
Check that the water doesn't rise under the lid.
Leave porridge to gain perfect form for 10-20 min.
Add salt.
Take to table.
Consume.
Is this how you are doing it?
Eating porridge should be a experience that you enjoy.
