Try eating a high fat diet on a caloric deficit. Fat has a significant role in controlling hormones ( like testosterone) which may be the reason why your sex drive has lowered.

i take quite long rests and i just realised it might be why my lifts are still so shit.

I do 2-3 mins between compounds and 1-2 mins between isolations and feels good to me. Maybe 4-5 mins for heavy deads
i do 10 reps on the kettlebell, rest for 10.
After 40 reps, switch up and goto 20 reps.
Rest for 10 for example.
If cycling, i do HIIT for a minute, then rest for 30 seconds...and repeat.
Depends on the workout.
I rest 3 minutes for compounds and 2 minutes for accessories. I might rest a bit longer if I feel that I won't be able to finish the set.
Hi /fit/,
My high school has a gym that opens in the very early morning (6.50-7.50am). It also opens at lunch break(1.40-2.10pm).
Anyway, I've been going for a few weeks now. I eat a breakfast of oats, cereal, egg, tea, water and some spreads. Then I go to the gym and do my thing.
I do not eat anything except water until i get home, about 8-9 hours after my workout. Is this ok? Optimal? What is your experience with workout and then fasting? Or am i doing this all wrong?
Im poor so i cant buy meals every morning and i cant cook meals every morning...
