Hey /fit/, I wanna cut out my body fat.

Not in the "I'm a fat fuck and wanna lose weight FAST" kinda way. I mean I literally want to remove the fat from my body. But without doing lipo or some shit (that shit's expensive).

Animal fat has plenty of uses, so I assume it would be the same for people. I could render it and use it for making soap or starting fires. And hey, if I got all this blubber lying around being useless as shit, why NOT make practical use of it?

The idea I have is to make a large incision through the epidermal layer on particularly fatty areas where it won't make too much of a difference (such as the stomach or thighs). I wouldn't go deep-enough to damage muscle or tendons or anything - just enough to get to the fat (which is usually outside the muscle anyway, so it's not like I'd have to cut through any muscle to get to it). Then I'd just go to town for a little bit and then close the wound so I don't bleed to death.

So assuming I could get through the pain with painkillers, what's stopping me from slicing open my gut and manually scooping the fat out?

Anyone else here not deadlift?

I only deadlift once every few months to fuck around.

I squat, clean, snatch and do some rows +accessories so I feel like legs+back are fine.

It has been proven that no legal supplement produces testosterone boosts that are significant enough to make a difference in muscle production, mood, etc.

Just make sure you're hitting your calories, have a solid routine, and getting enough sleep and you're good to go.

I just started running last week and already have runner's knee. What do I do?
I don't wanna give up running because it's making me feel good and helps me focus, but my knees are really killing me and at this rate I might really fuck them up.

This happened to me when i started a little bit too intense... wait a little bit for the pain to go away. Don't go too fast also your step should bot be too long. You have to let your body adapt search on google building a base for a beginner

Hey /fit/, I am 110 lbs and 6'3" and I can't gain weight. I think I take in about 1000 calories. I probably couldn't lift 80 pounds. I would like to get stronger but there are no gyms near me at all and I have no idea how to get weights.

Any tips?

I really hate cooking/preparing food. Any advice on what food requires minimal effort to prepare?
