Any advice on making the big cut, op? I'm in a similar situation to where you were at the start and trying to get started. I'm worried that I'm going to break like a week or two in.
Sooo... is the basic concept of calories in vs. calories out real or not? And why isn't there a consensus either way on this?

There is a general consensus. It is that it is real.
Only fatties and lankies don't believe in it because they want to justify looking disgusting without having to do anything about it.

They def worked well when i was 10%~ or so BF.
Now that I am 20% they just seem to stall my fatloss.
I think refeeds are meant only when you're actually lean.
