So /fit/. I've been a fatass my whole life and pretty friendless at that. Got best friends during highschool but had a falling out the start of senior year. Long story short I haven't been at school since January (I'm turning 19 in less than a month) and prom happened yesterday, which I didn't get to attend. Not graduating either.

Does lifting really help with feeling not shit? I've been on anti-depressants for a month now, and been cutting. I don't know how to deal with this and just here wondering if there's any hope for me. Hold me, /fit/

So /fit/ I've been thinking of introducing cottage cheese to my diet since it sounds like a good source of broteens for cheap and I want to mix things up.

How do you guys like eating it? I was assuming you mix it into salads or sprinkle stuff on it or whatever? Or do you just scarf it down straight?

i add around a serving of jelly to the tubs i buy and let it sit for a day. ive been trying to loose weight and cottage cheese has become a staple, i eat it between breakfast and lunch time or in the evening and i feel full gor hours after... Kinda getting sick of it though becausd i have ate a fuckton in the last two weeks

Ehy /fit/, how can I get fat?

I'm 1.75m and weight not even 60kg, I tried to increase the amount of food and the calories per day have been enormously raised, but other than the belly zone, no other significant change has happened.

hey guys, dont come here often but i do workout, wondering what the best types of workouts for lat gains, i do a lot for back but i want to have larger lats and i'm not sure what to do

i can do like 5 pull ups for 3 sets but idk if that helps

Whilst at school and college I went to the gym nearly every day for a good hour. Kept my weight in check and I had made some decent gains.

2 years on, a 1 hour commute to and from work, and desk job later I am really struggling with motivation.

Working near a major city the gyms are packed and I have managed to find a gem of a gym that is fairly quiet in the evenings.

My issue is I really lack motivation to go. Ive gained 3 stone in 2 years since graduating and I am disgusted by myself. I know it would take a year of strict diet and exercise to get anywhere near my former self however the nature of my job makes that hard (client meetings / lunches / dinners / drinks / late nights / early starts etc). I find any minor set back tends to fuck me over and become a massive de-motivator. 1 night of relapse / missing a workout can keep me out of the gym for the rest of the week.

So come-on /fit/ full time workers - especially city workers with long commutes. How do you stay motivated day in day out? How do you not relapse? How do you find the energy at the end of the day.
