When I was a kid (like 15 years ago) I was playing capture the flag and jumped over a brick wall. When I was jumping, I heard a really loud pop come from my knee, but I just shrugged it off. All the adrenaline kind of covered it up but a few days later it started hurting pretty bad. I was a dumb kid so I didn't tell anyone and never went to the hospital but I'm pretty sure I dislocated my knee. My knee looks like pic related except the bottom bone is going forward instead (you can actually see the bone sticking out a little further than on my other leg).

Im 6'4, reasonably attractive face, broad shouldered, can hold a conversation and don't dress like a 14 year old. I have never lifted in my life.
I have never had an issue picking up that wasn't due to being an autistic teen. I get mired to the extent it pisses off my gf. Ive had women buy me drinks and offer their number (with no prompting or encouragement).
I tell you this to show you the futility in lifting for girls. If your objective is getting action your time would be far better spent on getting social skills and interesting life experiences.

Anyone know any good supplement to blunt hunger for weight loss? I'm trying to cut weight but it's literally impossible because I'm hungry every hour despite having a good diet. I tried caffeine but it has a mild effect on me now and I had bad experiences with ephedrine. Is there any hope for me?
