No, that's cool bro, I'd rather expend a ton of energy to lift the bar off the clip at a weird angle, rather than on the bench press form. I didn't want my gains anyway.

Any of you bros living or lived out in South Korea? I just got offered a job there and I will be starting in August.

Whats the /fit/ culture like? Do the gyms have dumbells that go up to 90lbs? Do they have barbells?

Also how difificult is it to hit your macros. Will getting 180 grams of protein a day be difficult? Is it possible to get whey?

Any advice would be appreciated.

What's a good schema for cardio? I lift Monday, Wednesday and Friday, can I do cardio the rest days incluiding weekend without significantly affecting muh gainz or do I have to stop lifting and eat less in order to lose weight and do cardio?

/fit/ can I make it? I was obese as a teenager and lost 110 pounds but I can't seem to lose my love handles etc. I also feel like I might have gyno and wide hips but it might just be loose skin after losing a third of my body mass (was 280 pounds)

Assuming that you have no lifting experience start doing Stronglifts 5x5. Calculate your TDEE (google for a calculator), then eat at a 200-300 Cal surplus, trying to get 120g of protein every day.
