I genuinely lift for girls. There are two points at which /fit/ baffles me though; where its posters are so insecure, awkward, and obviously deserving of happiness that it turns to outright misogyny, and where its posters project so much of their own point of view onto others as to even think that people in general even give a shit about whether someone works out and to what degree.
What was you favorite snack that you ate in a large quantity when you were a skelly or fatty that you couldn't imagine eating today?

I used to buy a family sized bag of nacho cheese doritos and eat the entire bag in one sitting. I don't even want to know the calorie count.
I started taking fat burning pills last week, and lately I've been feeling nausea, dizziness, and insomnia. It's called Dopamite, and the recommended dosage is 2 pills, but I've only been taking 1 to see if I can tolerate it. Should I continue using them to see if the nausea goes away, or should I drop em and just stick to exercise and dieting alone?

I am getting some nasty bellyfat, so I want to lose weight.
I can't lift weights because I got injuries, so I will have to cardio only.
I'm planning to do 1 hour of bike everyday for a few months.
I'm just confused with the diet. I've read in the sticky that you need as much gram protein as your weight in lbs, so for me 175lbs = 175g per day. Seems excessive, no? I'm just 5'7.
Also, how do you calculate the proportion of necessary fats, carbs, vegetables, etc? It's not well explained in the sticky.

If you aren't lifting just eat 500cal less than your tdee and ignore everything else diet related.
Do whatever cardio you want but you're not going to lose weight unless you put the fork down.
I started lifting last week.I have decent knowledge of exercises and form, and have done it before so no issue there.
Started at 163.2lbs and 158% bf.
I am now at 163.2lbs (yes that's correct) and 15.4% bf.
This equates to roughly 0.7lbs of fat replaced by muscle.
I consume 2600 calories a day at 6.0ft tall.
Are these good results as far as muscle building goes or should I up my calorie intake ? Sticky sais gaining a pound per week.
I find it easier to eat fats than carbs. Currently I eat 25% calories from fats, how much higher...

How exactly did you measure the 0.4% bf change ? Before you say "electronic body fat monitor", just stop. Unless if you get your body fat measured by a doctor, it's almost impossible to get any form of accuracy out of those pieces of shit. Ditch the monitor and get calipers.
Also, stop expecting results weekly, especially if you're not roiding. You should be estimating your results every two-three months and adjusting your parameters for your diet every week or so

Why don't my delts look more impressive.
I OHP twice a week. Right now my one rep max is 180lbs(81.6466 killograms) at a body weight of 171lbs (77.5643killograms).
one day I will go heavy and do a 5x5 or 5/3/1 and the next day I will do German volume training 10x10 dumbbell shoulder press.
If I incorporate bench pressing into my routine will I finally get capped delts? As of now I have never bench pressed.
