Carrying a gallon on water

I drink ~6 L per day.

I only drink when I'm thirsty. A gallon a day seems outrageous.

They're giving you shit for carrying a gallon, which they should. The plastic jug will give you bitch tits as refilling it erodes the plastic, which you then ingest. And just take 100 extra steps to refill a bottle a couple times, you stupid nigger. The only reason you should be carrying around a gallon jug is if you're working in an area where you cannot access a potable water source

I try to drink at least 2.5-3 liters per day. I carry around a 1 liter bottle, and no one gives me shit. Probably because no one knows that I refill it at least twice per day at work

I get extra cardio throughout the day by walking to and from the bathroom and to and from the water cooler in my office so many times. Bonus is that it keeps me from losing my mind sitting at the desk for hours at a time
