Hey /fit/

I've never been here but a friend of mine is on here all the time, and he's training to be a wrestler.

He's been looking really good lately and I can obviously tell girls are more into him, so I thought I'd check this place out and see how it can help me.

I have a pretty good frame, broad-ish shoulders, nice face but only weigh 80kg. Have a bit of a fast food gut too.

How much money should I spend a week / what routines should I do to start getting hotter girls like my friend?

Spend as little as possible buy used commercial equipment and get equipment of ebay where people have bought it and never used it i got

£550 tredmill was £7000+
£125 squat rack new
£140 barbell and weights new
£98 adjustable dumbells
£50 bench
£120 rubber matting
£250 spinn bike

2. Free weight rows have an open kinetic chain, which means force transfer is not maximal and muscle activity is limited compared to exercises like pull-ups. This is also supported by EMG studies.

3. Rows have a constant resistance curve. This is highly inefficient, because your body has a decreasing strength curve during pulling motions. This is why the last part of a row feels so heavy and in the first part you barely feel any resistance. And your lats don't get trained effectively.

I only did weighted chinups and pullups for a long time and had a really good back.

Then I started doing barbell rows, but I couldn't do them well, they fucked with my hamstrings too much.

So I bought a pair of olympic dumbells and started doing 1 arm rows. Definitely improved my back over just doing vertical pulling.

Hey /fit/, been doing SS from some time now (5-6 months). I feel like it is not helping my aesthetics. What routine do you recomend now?
Keep in mind i am using a home gym, which only have the stuff SS uses (bench, rack, barbell)
Can do dips and pull ups tho.

Seriously I've been trying the last 6-7 month to fix my rolled over shoulders and my forward head posture without any luck.

I havn't worked out my chest in over a half year and I've been doing all kindz of stretches and back exercises but still no results.

How do I fix this shit?

I broke my foot a year ago and never went to the doctor. It healed but my food has never felt the same. I have to walk on the side of it and whenever I straighten it parallel to my other foot, it starts to hurt badly. Is surgery the only way I can fixed this messed up foot?
