I carry about 17.5KG in a military grade backpack and walk and such.
I read they tested rucking vs running in troops of soldiers and found that the ruckers were fitter for running than those who ran!
My question is, how much weight is safe to carry on your back? Anyone have much experience with this?

Ps - 20-50lbs seems to be your safest bet
50lbs is safe, anything beyond that could fuck you up if you do it for too long, even though it wasn't uncommon to carry up to 100lbs when I was in the service.

I only eat meat from local family owned small farm/butcher, everything grass fed, organic, and gluten free

Anyone bought Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss Diet? Is it worth it? Will the results be significantly better compared to simply eating 1000 calories deficit and 2,5g/kg (1,2g/lbs) protein?

My 15 year old little brother has never eaten fruit or vegetables in his entire life. His diet consists solely of meat, dairy and carbs. He's a skinny underachiever. He has an IQ of 141 but he has absolutely no energy or will to do anything at all with his life. He performs poorly in school and all he does is read and draw and play games.
