Why is it so easy for girls to get a decent body with practically zero effort?
The few girls at my gym who don't spend their time on the ellipticals instead spend it in the stretching area. These girls all have great asses and legs. I started to wonder when I'm ever going to see them lifting heavy weights because surely they must be working out hard to get a body like that?
But I finally realised: They NEVER need to do that - this is their workout life. All they fucking do is some retarded stretches and sit ups, a squat with a 5kg dumbbell in their hand, or sit on the leg extension machine for 30 minutes, with so little weight that they can do 50 reps and text on their phone at the same time
Meanwhile guys are squatting 3 pl8 and that's considered the bare minimum of what you need to even begin to look acceptable.
I bet they don't even monitor their diet, they just throw in a piece of fruit every now and then, and because they're getting a decent body anyway they think the fruit is working and they're eating a disciplined diet.
Fuck this shit. Being born a women is truly playing on easy mode.

I can't tell if it's body dysmorphia or just super shit genetics, but I feel the same way about most other guys. Even literal DYELs have a nicer looking chest than I do, and I'm beyond 1/2/3/4. Doesn't stop me from working out, though.. if anything it's motivation to be the best me I can.
