Are there any downsides to tracking calories by the week as opposed to daily?
For instance, my current goal is to maintain. If I enjoy a caloric surplus on training days, but counteract that surplus with an equal deficit on rest days, would this be the same as hitting maintenance calories daily?

Minutes in they finally show the girl and the chick just looked generic as fuck. Mike Patton used to live on an island just off Madagascar - during his forest revival efforts - and he would swim 10km a day just to get to the gym, on the days where there was low tode he often was able to get PRs in the major lifts.

How the fuck do I stop binge eating? I'm 5'8" and weigh 250lb. Do any of you have advice or tips you used to stop fucking eating so much? How can I build up self discipline?
For example, in the span of 2 hours of TV I've eaten 2 rice krispies, 4 handi-snacks cheese n' crackers, a small bag of lays and a liter of dr pepper.
