I'm currently on:

>50mg Zinc for test and dick gainz
>300mg Omega 3 (I could up to 900mg daily but I'm lazy)
I'm thinking of adding more dick related vitamins but I haven't gone to the store in a while so I'm lazy.

How did lifting weights change your life?
About a year ago. These days, instead of eating all night and drinking beer, I go to the gym, eat all night, and troll /fit/. Literally dead inside. But I did have a "peanut butter and jelly" protein shake post-workout today and it was fucking awesome. So I have that going for me....
I was a 23 year old high-school drop out NEET when I started lifting. (Dropped out at 15), so 8 years of nothing.
After 2-3 years lifting, proper nutrition (wasn't fat, but had poor nutrition before) and tanning, I became confident enough to enroll at a local community college to get my HS certificate.
I did really well on exams and got into university. Had close to 4.0 gpa (mainly because all I did was lift and study)
Now in a gov job working in forensics at 29.
I still keep to myself and don't have any friends or gf.

Does /fit/ go to college? I feel like it would be easy to get a gf in college. I'm 19 and a firefighter in my local town and everyone my age is in school and everyone I work with is in their 30's or 40's. I drive by the local campus in the fire engine and I can see QT's mirin but at the end of the day, they all go to Chad's frat house and fuck him silly while I go back to the firehouse with a bunch of dudes.

You should go to college if you can afford it or are eligible for financial aid. Worse case scenario you don't meet a qt but you have a degree.

This video is my wife doing 150 lbs parallel squats. This is inspiring to see how far she has come in just one month, she has gone from not being comfortable squatting the bar alone, to now doing reps of 150 lbs. I'm proud of her progress and my motto as always is GET UP!!!

Her striking is shit and it's going to take a while to get similar level of technical proficiency in grappling. Best bet is stay standing but have the raw power to curl out of an arm bar.

fastest full body workout? i want them newbie gains but don't want to spend more than 30 mins in the gym.

Stop running so much, lift at least 4 days a week, hit everything. Lats, delt, traps, quads, hams, and chest to name a few. You probably should eat more as well. Try to get at least one gram of protein per pound of body weight.
