I am going to start benching and curling. Can I do this every fucking day or must I give rest to myself?

What's a good starter number of reps per day?

I read the fit wiki I guess I am a retard for not seeing my answer. I am around 5"11 230 lbs probably. It sounds fucking terrible but I wear it better then most if that means anything.

I want to be physically capable in a fight. Bitches and personal asthetics are not my concern, I want to have high stamina, strength, and durability. Going to get my concealed and take MMA sick of fucking punks around here in SW Florida. I can fight but I won't last 2 min in a drawn out physical fight because of stamina, need to quit cigs. Quit alcohol and weed. Trying to become a new person.

so i drank about 80-140 ounces of monster a day and the only pre workout that works for me is 2 bottles of redline but it only lasts 20 minutes and that shits 3 dollars a bottle where im at anyone know any really strong pre workouts?

stop lying to yourself, you fat piece of fuck. get a food scale and measuring cups, log EVERYTHING that goes in your fat gullet, use calorie information straight off packages, and stop cherry picking the "best" entries off of MFP. you aren't going to progress worth shit unless you start being fucking honest and 100% objective

How long have you been stuck for?
Sometimes on a cut I'll find that I stick on a weight for a while before a pound or two will just drop off on a night.
Hydration, the amount of fibre you eat, and how much sodium you're having as well can effect this.

Also, count your calories properly and get off your fat backside
