If you keep getting weaker the problem is most likely with your recovery. Either you're training too much or too hard, or you're doing something stupid outside of the gym e.g. not eating properly, not sleeping, getting drunk every day. Or maybe you're under a lot of stress currently?

How many of you get cold sores from taking arginine or arginine-based supplements (such as creatine)? Of those of you who don't, have you ever had cold sores before?

I'm having trouble getting and maintaining erections (to the point where I can't sex. Yes ED in my early 20s.) and recently started taking a cocktail of various supplements (ginseng, zinc, gingko, horny goat weed, and pycnogenol). I have some arginine too, but fear taking it because it is known that the herpes virus (which I have) loves the stuff and it can cause a breakout. The majority of people have herpes though, and with the popularity of arginine and arginine-based supplements, I figure that maybe my fear is overblown and just wanted to get some thoughts here.

Problem is I only have a few days to fuck this girl before she's gone and I've already embarrassed myself 3 times by not getting hard enough to smash. No access to viagra / cialis.

You need a pack of oreos, 5 scoops of whey chocolate protein, and some peanut butter. SCOOP the FUCK out of the oreo's creme filling, put it in a bowl, crush the oreos in ur container, put in protein powder, put some water in der and mix until it's like cake batter. Cook it for 4 mins on a microwave, then put your oreo/peanut butter filling in the microwave til it gets runny then pour it on.
