Does anyone else hate open gym showers? I do. It's not that I'm shy or inscure but I just hate being around other naked men.
I was a member of a sweet body builders gym that had open showers that I hated so much I would go home without showering which meant my clean clothes got smelly and I would have to shower at home plus I couldn't go t work from the gym.
I changed my gym to a chain that has closed showers and now it means I can be more flexable with my gym times but I'm paying more and the gym is shitty as it has fewer weights and more cardo...

"faster metabolism" shit has been proven wrong time and time again, not because the effect doesn't exist, but because it is intentionally misleading. Yeah, you might burn 25 more calories a day by eating several small meals. Does that make a difference? Fuck no. Thats about 1% of your TDEE
Is it better for me to wait until I lose a ton of fat to work out or is it better to do it while being a fattie?
And also, does nofap help with losing weight?
Nofap won't help with shit, it's all broscience.
If you're legitimately obese go on a diet and lose weight before working out, for the sake of your joints.

I used to do OHP with like 90-100lbs for 12 reps. The weight was lighter than what I should have been doing and thought it'd be a good idea to do them explosively. I ended up overextending my shoulder.
At first it didn't hurt too bad, so I just ignored it and figured it'd be better by tomorrow. The next day I couldn't raise my arm just a little bit without severe pain. I went to the doctor and she said it'd take two weeks to get better. It was bad but I can;'t imagine a lower...
