I do occasionally. Bookend it with 1+g/lb protein days and do some moderate lifting during the fast to encourage the body to burn fat, no muscle. Lots of water. You'll feel a little odd after ~24 hours because your body will have burnt through all the glycerol stores in your liver and is now burning pure fat (or muscle if you're doing it wrong). Do things to maintain as high of test level as you can, moderate lifting (as mentioned), cold shower, no fap.

Can someone explain the science behind cutting to me and clear up any misconceptions I might have?
I heard that when you starve your body, it tends to eat its way through muscle first and fat second. I've always seen cutting as only slightly starving yourself and your body eats up the extra fat to make up for any calories you're missing. Am I wrong in thinking it would eat through muscle first?

Does anyone have any resources or advice on how to build extreme willpower? I've tried searching for it sporadically over the last few days but all I've found are moderate willpower goals like "lose ten pounds" or "stop being lazy". I'm looking for something more extreme, something along the lines of building the willpower to go three or four days without food, go a night or two without sleep, withstand pain, exercise incredible discipline in the pursuit of goals, etc.

Usually to get things done you don't need extreme will power just the ability to build good habits and getting used to reflecting on how you do things and figuring out how you can do them better.

I finished the 4th week of SL 5x5 and looked at myself in the mirror. My form was shit and I remember it was good when I started. I need to watch those form videos again. Give me links please.
