What can you do to slow or reverse a receding hairline? Is there anything that isn't snake oil that works? I read about removing DHT from the scalp and using oils to help hair grow back but I don't know how to go about that.

Never really deadlifted before but went for it today and ended up pulling lmao3pl8 so I was happy about that. Could prob do more so I guess its time to start incorporating it into the workout.

Or just eat sensibly most the week and make up for whatever you go over by at the end? I usually do the former but tried the latter this week and actually ended up eating a little bit less as it made me more cautious.
