Scandinavian here. Although most Scandis are tall I'm really short and naturally strong. Also have a really thick beard and low eyebrow bridge. My first ever OHP was 50kg (which, according to my friends is great for a beginner) and my current OHP is 75kg. My squat really sucks though but I've always had an easy time working out. I also have that lump in the back of the head that only Northern Europeans and Neanderthals supposedly have.

Does anyone else get their legs murdered when trying to do Bent Over Row?
That exercise is the bane of my existence. I tried doing DB version, and that just felt like shit, the BB version, I spent 90% on my energy and attention on keeping the posture although the weight isn't even that heavy for me.
Is T-Bar rows any better? My gym just got hooked up with a T-bar setup

Invest in a decent pair of lifting shoes. They're not that much and you'll get years of use outta them.

bullied someone? have you become more aggressive with lifting?
Im more aware of how intimidating I look now, plus my overall angry look adds to it.

1. bad form
2. no stabilization exercises
3. improper warming up or none at all
4. improper stretching or none at all
5. being stupid and lifting weight you shouldnt
6. doing exercises incorrectly
if anyone of these fit the bill with you, you have no one to blame but yourself, dont blame 'lifting' and learn to do it right before you continue to

I'm 6'2, 180 lbs and play quarterback for my highschool in Massachusetts. People always tell me that there is little hope for getting into the NFL but seeing how this guy got drafted FIRST PICK, makes me think that I have a pretty good chance of making it in at least the second round.
I have more muscle definition and actually have abs. And I'm pretty sure I have better cardio too. inb4 you're not as tall, he's only 2 inches taller than me and russel wilson is a manlet.

My father is in his 50's and he's in OK shape but he has this giant fucking ugly core. It's not really a round belly, but just a giant stomach mass. I make him run and eat less carbs. not sure what else to do
