Decided to go ahead and start working out so that I don't look like the majority of the betas on /b/, but I have a question.
I am now getting up at 5am to get a 40 min workout, and then eat some oatmeal. Is that suggested (eating brkfst AFTER working out)?

Hey /fit/. I took my height today, which I haven't done in ages, and I found out that I'm 5'8. Am I manlet? If I am, is there any hope that I will grow a few more inches? I'm 18, turning 19 in 5 months.
I left 4chan for about 2 months, and came back today to see what's up. People here are too obsessed with height. I'm 5'8 - 5'9 and get a TON of mirins. I have all the girls at work asking me to lift up my shirt to show my abs, then they all wamt to touch. I heard a few of them talking about sleeping with me. I get a TON of compliments for my looks and how I am as a person. The girl who always flirts with me is 6', and I'm going out with one of the girls there. People here are just bored, so they come up with manlet threads, which actually are pretty funny!

Okay /fit/, serious question but wtf is wrong with some people. I go to the gym and these two duck heads are having pictures taken of them while they life. The dude can't stop flexing in the mirror for three seconds and his vapid bitch was either on her phone or taking pictures of herself. They were n good shape but the autism levels were well over 9000. Are some people really just that full of themselves that they feel the need to take more picture of themselves at the gym then actually lift?

I want to get rid of my belly fat and become /fit/ just like everyone else here, but I'm not like you guys who can just go inside a gym not giving a fuck about anything.
I'm too shy to go to a gym and do my own thing because I always feel that people are watching me. I can't be comfortable in that scenario, and the music just makes it worse. It's always at the highest volume and even hurts my ears. I also despise using shorts for some reason, so I would only use pants, which are often frowned upon.
What can I do about this? If I can't go to the gym like this, then how I am gonna be fit? Can I just work out at home and hope for the best?
