Doesn't matter which brand you buy it's all the same shit and some have prettier logos. Seems like it just slightly speeds up recovery time and helps me pump out an extra rep on certain lifts. The downside being I fart all the time while taking it for some reason.

Hey, bros. So I did 5x5 Stronglifts for 3 months and now want to switch routines.
Is it a good idea to do compounds 5x5 and add accessories doing them 3x10? I want to build muscle to look good but also to gain in strenght.
Routine example:
Monday:
Bench Press 5 sets of 5 reps
Dumbbell flyes 3 sets of 10 reps
Dips 5 sets of 5 reps
Chest Press on a machine 3sets 10 reps
OHP 5 sets 5 reps
Something like this. Will I reach my goal if I eat big and lift 5 days a week?
Yeah that seems fine to me. I'd throw incline press in there somewhere as well.

I have noticed that 99% of normies that show up in the gym, usually quit within a month or two, while the lonely outcasts and "autists" are always there, making gains. Are you one of them /fit/? I am.

I know of several NEET social outcasts in my extended family who dont lift. The only thing they all have in common is that they play video games a lot.
>My energy comes from my diet. Breakfast is 10 eggs and two to three pounds of bacon. Between meals, I eat lots of candy. In the morning, it will be several 3 Musketeers and/or Snickers bars; I need them for energy. Lunch, at 1 or 2 PM, is a double meal of a Polish pork chop, sauerkraut and potatoes. An hour later, I work out, then take lots of supplements: magnesium, creatine, amino acids, all that stuff, and more chocolate. Dinner is whatever meat I can grab—steaks, pork chops, bacon—plus more sauerkraut and potatoes. At 9 or 10 PM, I work out again....
