Back extensions work your spinal erectors.
But they are already worked really well on Deadlifts, and all lifts that require you to be on your feet as well. They're not needed at all.

Run holding your breath for as long as possible. Alternatively, you can run back and forth, and then stick your head in a bucket of water or kiddie pool or something, holding your breath for as long as possible.
