I am the guy who initially asked and I wanted to know if it was a good program, not because I wanted to compete in powerlifting (although I like deadlifting, benching and squatting) but because the program seemed interesting to me in regard of learning to autoregulate volume using RPE.

I thought that was a useful skill that I could use in my progress. But if I'm wrong or the program is awfully optimistic in that way, I'm grateful to be corrected.

my wrists still bent but the wraps forced me to keep my elbows up a bit more than to let my wrists go into full extension with weight on them i think. i dunno for sure but it felt good.

sparrow, the only thing i can say is instead of squatting completely straight forward, you need to learn how to spread out, and learn how to track your legs out and forward so you can sit in between them. this is where the glutes will come in. squatting with a band around knees can help, but ONLY if you get the knee tracking correct first.

I dealt with what sounds like the same thing a while back. Got so bad at one point I couldn't walk at all for about a week. Turned out to be really bad SI joint problems. Learned how to adjust it myself and did a shit load of isometric leg stuff, and round-back back extensions.

Haven't had a problem with it in over a year but it was an ongoing thing for at least 6 months before I figured out what the problem was, and then another 3-ish to get back to 100%.

your hips should start in one spot, and the centerline should stay right fucking there. your hips only move vertically. no forward / backwards movement. let your knees do that. Your front squats seem better because you allow your knees forward and you don't throw your hips back.

he suggested me exercises to strengthen my abdominal muscles, told me to stay off the weights for a week and told me to take some painkillers to reduce pain and inflammation
