What are some exercises to help build my stamina and endurance?
Currently I go to the gym 4 times a week and practice BJJ 3 nights a week. Sometimes more if my body is feeling it.
So far I mostly just do drills but the ones I've learned are much easier with a partner. I want to know what I can do by myself at home or at the gym.
I don't care about being big, I want stamina dammit.

i stopped using shampoo for about a month. My buddy stopped using it for months. It works alright if your hair isn't that long. It gets really greasy after about a week but after that you have some of the softest hair because your natural oils get regulated by the body. However, after about 2 weeks my hair just got fucking greasy and disgusting again. I tried to wait it out but I had to wash it
People who don't use shampoo usually use baking soda and lemon juice or something to prevent it from getting that greasy. I'm back to using shampoo and conditioner

The delt:arm ratio is a little fucked in favor of arms.
But it is hard to ohp and bench enough weight to grow both pecs and delts, without having overdeveloped triceps.
Biggest problem i am currently facing, actually.
Never isolated my arms, but my proportions are still fucked. It is like my genetics want me to have disgustingly overdeveloped arms.
I know it's a meme thing to say, and their are flaws with his phsqiue, but every time I see a Zyzz pic I remember why he got me to start lifting.
