I do 4 minutes 3 times/week and it's more than enough, also I LIIS 4-6 times /week
I just do 20 secs work 10 sec rest until 4 mins, taxing after the 4th set even when I run 5k 4-6 per week.

i don't have any fat friends. this is deliberate. i don't respect overweight/obese individuals.
i cannot respect a person with such blatant disregard for their own body and health. it makes no sense to forgo the benefits of physical activity and healthy dieting for the sake of laziness and complacency. they deserve to be ridiculed and, at best, ignored.
i made my way out of the skelly-zone and it greatly impacted how individuals view me.
