I work manual labor.

I wor about 12 houra a days while still lifting heavy and have done this for two weeks.

My only lift that has been messing up has been my deadlift.


My question is this though...
Im quitting tommorow to get onto a different shift.

But anyway my back and body is killing me at all times like even simple things is hard to o onmy body.

How do old people handle it and is weed something good for pain?

I've been taking 800mg of caffeine each day before work to get mentally and physical pain ready.

How do people over 50 do this? Im half their age and in so much pain.

Dude that is way too fucking much caffeine. When you cycle off of it you will get the shakes, splitting headaches, and generally feel like shit. I worked on the pipeline for a good while and I can tell you that whatever workouts you are doing after work will not last. Either quit your shit hole 12hr days job to lift, or just quit lifting.

I did a year and a half as a static guard for this local security company.

There's a 24hour shop around here so I was able to buy groceries and what not.
Gym was around 2 or 3pm when I woke up and thats when I'd run errands.

Basically became a shut in. Everyone else was like that as well

6.30AM most days. As I work 9-7.
On the odd occasion I have free time in the afternoon I'll go around 3PM.
If I only have free time in the evening I'll try and go after 7PM when it starts getting quieter.

I though the same thing too, but after finishing SS and starting PHUL, I was still able to go up 5/10 pounds a week. All stopped once my squat went up to 265. Eating habits haven't changed either. Just no more sloots.
