I was about to spend $20 on adjustable ankle weights today but then I started reading up on them and apparently they put joints at risk over time. What does /fit/ think about them and has anyone here ever used them?
I was thinking about wearing them at work where I spend anywhere from 6-12 hours walking with an average of 20 minutes sitting, but I don't want to fuck my knees, either.

is there any difference between dumbell and barbell ohp? barbell hurts my shoulders for some reason and i can lift more doing dumbells

Anyone else feel like going to the gym impacts posture negatively? I feel tired from holding a "correct" posture and often find myself inadvertedly in a bad posture. Does this have something to do with the effort one does at the gym lifting shit and whatnot ?

I used to isolate them once a week but after a few weeks of reverse curls i hurt my wrist and it never recovered even years later so i rely on heavy deadlifts to work them.

just finished my chemo round and noticed that all my gains are fucking gone.

also had cravings cuz fuck chemo and gained like 30 lb

want to hit gym and start lifting with my gym bros again but my doctor keeps telling me to btfo and rest

what should i do? i cant stand my current proportions. i also researched some posts on bodybuilding which said that lifting + whey make your immune system stronger, killing tumors
