Gotta change those eating habits anon. It's not just about 'being good' until you get to your goal weight. Changing habits takes time and consistent effort. Understand that your habits won't change over night, just don't give up even if you backslide one day. I used to eat McDs everyday for lunch and now fast food repulses me.
