That routine will get you nowhere if your goal is muscle mass, so yes, lift.
5'8" 135 pounds, 20", I wear a large hat (size 7 1/2, 23" circumference) so my head is certainly not small

I actually have that shoulder size at 192cm. I feel very narrow when I look at myself in the mirror, but I saw some pictures when I was next to my dad and both me and my brother looked gigantic

almost 22" at skinnyfat a few months into lifting, delts can't have added more than half an inch at best so far
i've also got an abnormally large ribcage and a broad chest
doubt shoulder width will increase naturally though, got low asf delt inserts so they're just gonna slope
