/fit/, I am seeing so many different things from research, and i really don't know where to go. I really love milk, especially whole milk.. I've been obsessed with it ever since. Is it really that terribly bad for you? I would love to drink it all the time.. Shitty addictions suck.
It's dense in calories. It's glycemic load isn't bad.
Everything else isn't particularly meaningful. Perhaps some day we'll have a unifying theory of nutrition. But beyond "get enough of these nutrients", and the recent "high glycemic load is bad for your heart", decades and millions of man hours researching on it have come up with very little of note except for a lot of null hypotheses.
As long as you don't go over a glass a day you're probably fine.

Alright guys. I just signed up for my gym at school. I have a shit ton of free time to work out and i would really like to get stronger. Theres a few questions i'd like answered though.
1. I don't eat a lot nor have the money or means to eat a lot. Is it even worth working out if i wont be able to put any muscle back on my body?
2. I've never been able to find a workout technique for someone as weak as i am. Is there a work out plan for bitch boys who dont want to be bitch boys anymore?

Am I the only who's slowly gravitating towards a non-meat based diet? I'm going on a strict clean bulk diet, and I've noticed that a diet with lots of veggies/non-meat protein foods are so much more filling and tasty than regular foods.
Also, a lot of the tastiest shit I had is "bad" for you. Bacon with no nitrates? Enjoy your sodium mountain. Red meat? Top kek. So on and so forth. Really the only things still good are chicken and milk.
Veggies, on the other hand, are incredibly low in calories so you can stuff yourself and still eat later,...

I'm arguing with someone who actually thinks a skinny person with a sedentary lifestyle is more unhealthy than a fatass who "exercises".
Please tell me they are retarded. My logic is that if a fat person really did exercise he should stop being a fatass unless he consumed vast quantities of unhealthy food.
Moreover fat people are literally more susceptible to any kind of conditions/illness/disease than skinny people. Obesity is probably the leading cause of many, many bodily problems.
well i guess it depends on how overweight the person is, and what kind of exercise the overweight person is.
