I was thinking of getting one and been looking on the net for a road bike but haven't decided for anything as of yet. What bike do you have and how does it /fit/ into your lifestyle? Does it kill gains?

I used to road and mountain bike 4 days a week.
With moderate to intense effort and good form (not just pushing the pedals down, think pedaling in circles) get ready for some monster legs and juicy butt. Pants that fit well will be hard to find.
But you have to keep it up. Broke my leg and lost all my mojo to 3 surgeries and hardcore depression. But that's another story.

Skin complexion
- Both Zyzz and Chestbrah have pretty dark skin colors due to melanotan and tanning

This is probably the last place I should post this but please be nice. I got raped by another guy and have a serious time dealing with it. Have tried to use exercise and lifting as a way of coping but I'm getting aggro at people at the gym, especially /fit/ men, and I'm worried I'll do something stupid. How can I channel the aggression better into workouts? I also need advice on how to get the buffs off my back when training.

Testosterone has very little to do. If anything, I think too much too soon can completely stunt your growth so maybe you still have some hope
Some months ago I saw a documentary about trans teens where the doctor was telling a FtM kid on hormone blockers that they would have to wait some months more to see if there would be extra growth before starting test because it would completely stunt it.
I'm not trans, but I think that's what happened to me. I grew up to 5'6" when I was 12...

I was 5'7" when I graduated highschool. I was a few months from being 18 years old.
I'm 22 now and 5'11".
In my family most of the guys grew until they were 23-25.
There are a lot of different growth patterns.
I know different people who had short and early puberties. These people ranged from tall to short. The ones with longer puberties ended up either of average or tall stature.
Proper nutrition and rest are about all you can do naturally. I was very malnourished when I was younger and that probably stunted my...

Currently trying really hard for a sub 20 minute 5k.
Started about a month ago, running a fast 5k and a relaxed 8k every week.
When I started I couldn't do more than 4k at 12km/h, next week I did a 5k at that pace and i've been shaving off 30 seconds to a minute every time I run the fast 5k. I'm currently at 22:40, but I feel I might plateau soon. Any tips for increasing my 5k as quick as possible?
I know this is a troll thread because a real runner wouldn't post some retard wearing basketball shorts.
