Of course. Mixed race children are more attractive and healthier on average. Nature loves mixed race babies. The farther you breed from your tribe, the less chance of inbred shit genetics. I was wondering how dangerous is it to run in the heat.Did 8km but around the 5 mark started to get dizzy so I took a break in the shade and had to run home.I had a water bottle and kept putting water on my face but still.I think the weather was 35 degrees.

How long does it take for food to turn into fat or muscle?
If I have a huge eating day on monday, then workout on tuesday, will any of the extra calories from monday work towards repairing the muscle or will it have been turned into fat already?
