i am bulking
Bulking is a process commonly used by an individual wishing to gain weight. Commonly used in bodybuilding (Off-Season) but will also be used by fitness enthusiast. Bulking attempts to build MUSCLE MASS

Simply it is an attempt to eat a healthy diet to gain weight, whilst minimising fat gains. The basic principle of bulking to to consume more calories than you expend. Typically a bulking diet will consist of around 6-8 meals per day, spread out every 2-3 hours. A cleverly structured diet will show the breakdown of carbs,protein and fats. Typical bulking calories usually range from aroun 3000 to 6000 and should be tailored to the needs of the individual and specific goals.

It's the perfect activity to show off your gains and is fantastic for training muscle endurance.

I lift M,W,F and boulder Th and Sat. It's a great way to meet new people and the chicks who do it are all qt as fuck and literally come to get hit on so they actively try and talk to you.

Not only does it test your muscles, grip and balance to their fullest but bouldering is a thinking man's activity. It's more then just raw strength, you need to consider each and every hold, the correct way to twist and turn your body, and almost puzzle out the correct way to get to the top.

After a solid V8 or 9 I'm both physically and mentally exhausted.
Seriously /fit/ it's worth a try, you'll be surprised at how satisfying it is.

The guy looks like he squats and deadlifts a lot judging purely by his ass, his forearms seem juicy and as a result of weightlifting for 1 year+. You get a body like that by lifting up to 6x a week, eating sufficiently, and doing that for 1-2 years (depends on what kind of body youre starting off with).

Do squats, deadlift, overhead press, bench press, row, and a lot of accessory lifts to supplement these compounds, in a 25 rep scheme per exercise. For instance, for leg day I would squat and/or deadlift, followed by 3x8-10 leg curls, leg press, quad curls, calf raises, etc.
