If you really want to abstain from something, abstain from sugar. Abandon all sweets, that's a good thing to do. Other than that, I think it's important to eat at least 60g of proteins a day. What you fill the rest with doesn't matter as long as you stay below your daily intake goal.

I don't hang with anyone. I'm fairly anti-social. I speak to former classmates and people I grew up with though. Once in a while we get together for a week or two before I return to being anti-social. Biggest one is a girl who weighs about... 300 lbs probably.
