Quick question /fit/
How are oats legal? Ever since I started eating nothing but oats, my gains have been colossal. I'm actually scared that if I keep eating gaining mass at this rate, I'll end up too big...looking like a roided out freak.
How have the DEA and the FDA not caught on to this yet? Should I stockpile on oats while I still can?

It's circuit training the meme. Some are proper weightlifting clubs, with proper weightlifting federation accreditation. Learn oly lifts and then just do 20 reps of them.

Really self conscious about my body, due to injuries I haven't been able to exercise at all in months and I got injured right when I was starting.
